Biography
Steve Annis is a British cinematographer. He graduated from the Surrey Institute of Art & Design in 2000 and worked as a focus puller before shooting his first music video as director of photography in 2009. He has since become a member of the British Society of Cinematographers.
Annis’s credits as director of photography include the films I Am Mother (2019), Color Out of Space (2019), Inside (2023) and The Crow (2024), and the television series Foundation (2021) and I’m a Virgo (2023). His music video work has earned multiple nominations and one win at the UK Music Video Awards.
