Biography
Steven Piet is an American director, writer and producer. He is known for directing episodes of the anthology series Channel Zero (2016–2017) and the true-crime miniseries The Act (2019), as well as the feature film Uncle John (2015), which he also co-wrote.
Piet has directed episodes of A Friend of the Family (2022), Murdaugh: Death in the Family (2025) and Cape Fear (2026). He attended the Savannah College of Art and Design, where he studied film, and began his career in Chicago.
