Biography
Stuart Orme is a British television and film director. He was born on 7 February 1942 in Shirebrook, Derbyshire, England.
Orme has directed episodes of numerous British television series, including Inspector Morse (1987), Foyle's War (2002), Doc Martin (2004), Lewis (2007) and Merlin (2008). His other credits include the television films The Puppet Masters (1994) and The Lost World (2001), and the series Jack Taylor (2010). He has received BAFTA nominations for his work in drama and light entertainment.
