Biography
Susan Buckner was an American actress and dancer. She played the cheerleader Patty Simcox in the 1978 film Grease.
Born in Seattle, Washington, on 28 January 1952, she was crowned Miss Washington in 1971 and reached the top ten in the Miss America 1972 pageant. She began her entertainment career as a dancer on The Dean Martin Show and appeared as one of the Krofftettes on The Brady Bunch Hour (1976–77).
Buckner had supporting roles in the television series Starsky & Hutch (1978) and The Love Boat (1979), and played Vicky in the 1981 film Deadly Blessing. She died in Miami, Florida, on 2 May 2024.
