Biography
Tadashi Nakamura (中村 正) was a Japanese actor, voice actor and narrator. Born on 24 December 1929 in Aichi Prefecture, he was affiliated with the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society from its establishment and remained active until 2018.
Nakamura was known for voice roles in anime, including Hosokawa in Wolf Children (2012), Mansaku Jinnouchi in Summer Wars (2009), the Old Security Guard in The Girl Who Leapt Through Time (2006), the Narrator in Ranma ½ (1989) and the Shinkansen in Mirai (2018). He also provided narration for other series and films. He died on 11 November 2019 in Kanagawa Prefecture, aged 89.
