Biography
Tadashi Okabe is a Japanese actor born on 11 May 1923 in Hanno, Saitama Prefecture. He is best known for his supporting roles in numerous Toho tokusatsu and kaiju films, particularly in the Godzilla series.
Okabe appeared in Godzilla (1954) as Professor Tanabe's Assistant, Mothra vs. Godzilla (1964) as a JSDF Member, Ebirah, Horror of the Deep (1966) as a Red Bamboo Scientist, Destroy All Monsters (1968) as an announcer, and Godzilla vs. Hedorah (1971) as a scientist, among many other credits in the genre.
