Biography
Takahiro Otsuka, also credited as Takahiro Ôtsuka or 大塚 隆寛, is a Japanese anime director. He began working in the industry in production advancement roles on series including Hyakko (2008).
Otsuka has directed episodes of Haikyu!! (2014), Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War (2022–), Poco's Udon World (2016), Girls' Frontline (2022) and Muhyo & Roji's Bureau of Supernatural Investigation (2018).
