Biography
Tamar Thomas is a British film producer. She studied stage management at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and began working with director Kenneth Branagh on his 1992 feature Peter's Friends, serving as his assistant on numerous subsequent films, television and theatre productions.
Her first producer credit was on Branagh’s All Is True (2018). She produced Belfast (2021), for which she received an Academy Award nomination for Best Picture, a BAFTA Award for Outstanding British Film and a Producers Guild of America nomination.
