Biography
Tanner Emmanuel Cristobal Buchanan is an American actor. Born on 8 December 1998 in Lima, Ohio, he moved with his family to Los Angeles around the age of eight to pursue acting.
He began with guest appearances on series including Modern Family (2010), Grey's Anatomy (2005) and The Goldbergs (2013). Buchanan gained wider recognition for his main role as Leo Kirkman in the political drama Designated Survivor (2016–2018) and as Robby Keene in the martial arts series Cobra Kai (2018–2025). He has also appeared in films such as He's All That (2021).
Buchanan is engaged to his Cobra Kai co-star Mary Mouser.
