Tara Nakashima is a Japanese actress. She was born on 1 August 1990 in Tokyo.
Nakashima is known for her role as Mother on Train in the 2025 film Exit 8, directed by Genki Kawamura. She has also appeared in the 2023 film Rennô Experiment and the 2024 television series No Domestic Work for Ms. Saionji!.
