Biography
Tequan Richmond is an American actor. He is best known for playing Drew Rock in the sitcom Everybody Hates Chris (2005–2009).
Richmond was born on 30 October 1992 in Burlington, North Carolina. He moved to Los Angeles in 2001 and began his career with modelling and commercials before taking guest roles on series including ER, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Cold Case and The Shield. His early film work includes the role of young Ray Charles Jr. in Ray (2004). He later portrayed TJ Ashford on the soap opera General Hospital (2012–2018), receiving three Daytime Emmy nominations.
