Biography
Terry Stacey is a British cinematographer. Born in Sussex, England, he graduated from the University of Manchester and moved to New York in the early 1980s, where he worked as a still photographer and musician before shooting documentaries in South America, England, India and Iceland.
Stacey began his feature career in independent films before moving into studio projects. His television credits include the pilot episode of Dexter (2006), episodes of Sex and the City (2002) and series such as Chance (2016) and Flesh and Bone (2015). Among his feature credits are In Her Shoes (2005), 50/50 (2011), Dear John (2010), Den of Thieves (2018) and The Hitman's Wife's Bodyguard (2021). He is a member of the American Society of Cinematographers and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
