Biography
Tetsuya Wakano, also credited as 若野哲也, is a Japanese anime director and former key animator. He is credited as director on episodes of the Attack on Titan television series (2013).
Wakano has directed episodes of Hell's Paradise (2023), Dan Da Dan (2024) and Seraph of the End (2015). Earlier credits include episode direction and storyboarding on Attack on Titan season 2 (2017) and assistant director work on season 3 part 2 (2019). He has also directed entries in the Laughing Under the Clouds Gaiden series (2017–2018) and an episode of The Rolling Girls (2015).
