Biography
Texas Battle is an American actor. He was born Texas Quency Battle on 9 August 1980 in Houston, Texas. He studied kinesiology at the University of Texas and worked as a substitute teacher before moving to Los Angeles to pursue acting.
Battle first gained attention for his role as Maddux in the 2005 film Coach Carter. He went on to appear as Lewis Romero in Final Destination 3 (2006) and Jake Washington in Wrong Turn 2: Dead End (2007). In 2009 he played Carey Fuller in Dragonball Evolution. From 2008 to 2013 he portrayed Marcus Forrester in the CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful, appearing in 337 episodes. Later credits include roles in Marauders (2016), Trauma Center (2019) and Hard Kill (2020), as well as appearances in series such as One Tree Hill and Magnum P.I..
