Biography
Thomas Eccleshare is a British writer and playwright. He studied English at Cambridge and trained at the Lecoq School in Paris. His stage work includes the plays Pastoral, Instructions for Correct Assembly and Heather; a collection of his plays was published by Oberon Books.
Eccleshare has contributed episodes to the Apple TV+ series Criminal Record (2024–2026) and Hijack (2023–). He wrote all four episodes of the 2022 series Witness Number 3. As a playwright he has received the Verity Bargate Award, the Catherine Johnson Award and a Fringe First Award.
