Biography
Thusitha Jayasundera is a Sri Lankan actress based in the United Kingdom. She graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in 1993 and has worked extensively in theatre, including productions for the National Theatre and the Royal Shakespeare Company.
She is known for her television roles as Tushara 'Tash' Bandara in Holby City (1999–2002), DS Ramani De Costa in The Bill (2003–2006), Ros Mahendra in Doctor Foster (2015), and Malva Meadowgrass in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power (2022). Her film credits include The Foreigner (2017). She has also appeared in Humans, Broadchurch, Midsomer Murders and Lewis.
