Biography
Tiff Abreu is an American actor of Puerto Rican descent. She earned a BFA in acting from the Theatre School at DePaul University in Chicago after growing up in Houston, Texas.
Abreu is a founding ensemble member and Director of Audience Services at the Exodus Ensemble theatre company in Santa Fe. Her screen credits include Mindy in the series Dark Matter (2024), Cassidy in Chicago Med (2024–2025), Jambo Server in The Curse (2023), and Mom in The Cleaning Lady (2025). She is represented by Stewart Talent.
