Biography
Tim Despic is a composer. Born in Montreal, Canada, on 22 November 1978, he moved to the United Kingdom at the age of three. He graduated with an honours degree in Politics and Economics from the University of Bath and later obtained a master’s degree in Creative Music Technology from Newcastle University. He is a multi-instrumentalist who has worked in film scoring since the mid-2000s.
In 2005 Despic co-founded the music production company Veneration Music Ltd with composer James Edward Barker. His film credits include The Best Man (2005), Helen (2009), Heist (2015), Precious Cargo (2016), Final Score (2018), The Courier (2019) and Fall (2022). He composed the score for the sequel Fall 2: Deadpoint (2026).
