Biography
Tim Mannion is a British television producer. He produced the BBC One comedy series Amandaland (2025), a spin-off from Motherland, and has produced or co-produced four series of the Apple TV+ series Trying (2020–2026). He also served as co-producer on three episodes of the Sister Pictures series The Baby (2022) for HBO and Sky.
Mannion spent the first twenty years of his career as a first assistant director. His credits in that role include episodes of Sex Education (2019), Episodes, Code 404, Back to Life and There She Goes. He is a BAFTA-winning producer and has worked as a visiting tutor at the National Film and Television School and as a Screen Skills mentor.
He graduated in 2000 with a degree in Film & Video from the University of Wales, College Newport, having completed a Media Foundation course at the London College of Printing in 1996.
