Biography
Tina Pepler is a British dramatist and screenwriter who works in radio, television and film. Born in Baghdad, Iraq, she spent her childhood in the Middle East, the United States and France before moving to Bristol, where she completed a PhD in drama and continues to live.
She began her writing career as a radio dramatist and has written extensively for BBC radio. Her television credits include co-authoring an episode of the first series of Downton Abbey (2010) with Julian Fellowes, three episodes of Julian Fellowes Investigates: A Most Mysterious Murder (2004–2005), the drama-documentary Princes in the Tower (2005) and an episode of Home Fires (2015). She has also written original plays and dramatisations for Channel 4 and ITV.
