Biography
Tina Rathborne is an American film director and screenwriter. An alumna of Harvard University, she directed the television film The Joy That Kills (1984), later an episode of the anthology series American Playhouse. She made her feature directorial debut with Zelly and Me (1988), which she also wrote.
Rathborne directed two episodes of the television series Twin Peaks (1990). She has worked as a writer and producer on other projects.
