Biography
Todd Downing is a film and television editor. He edited three episodes of the FX miniseries Mrs. America (2020).
Downing is known for editing the Netflix series Russian Doll (2019–2022), for which he received an American Cinema Editors Eddie nomination. His other credits include Difficult People (2015–2017), SMILF (2017) and Hello Tomorrow! (2023). He has a background in documentary editing and has been nominated for three BAFTA Awards, including for work on Panorama and North Korea: Life Inside the Secret State; he has also won two Royal Television Society Awards. Downing is a member of the American Cinema Editors and has directed short films.
