Biography
Tom Brennan (16 April 1926 – 15 June 2013) was an American actor. Born in Cleveland, Ohio, he attended Oberlin College and appeared in stage productions at regional theatres including the McCarter Theater, Yale Repertory Theater and the Williamstown Theatre Festival, which he helped to establish. He taught theatre at Rutgers University, Circle in the Square Theatre School, William Paterson University and Berkeley College.
Brennan’s screen credits include the role of Howard Rogerson in Fatal Attraction (1987), an umpire in Rookie of the Year (1993), appearances in Law & Order (as Father Frawley and Art Ganz) and The Equalizer (as Vince Kelly), and the part of Adlai Stevenson in the miniseries Kennedy (1983). He also performed on Broadway in revivals of Our Town (2002–2003) and Follies (2001).
He was married to Marylou Romano and had four children. He died in Newark, New Jersey.
