Biography
Tom Glynn-Carney is an English actor. He was born on 7 February 1995 in Salford, Greater Manchester. He trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
Glynn-Carney made his feature film debut as Peter in Christopher Nolan's Dunkirk (2017). On stage, he appeared as Shane Corcoran in Jez Butterworth's The Ferryman (2017) at the Royal Court Theatre and in the West End and Broadway transfers, winning the Evening Standard Theatre Award for Emerging Talent and a Drama Desk Award.
He is known for his role as Aegon II Targaryen in the television series House of the Dragon (2022–present). Other screen credits include The King (2019), Tolkien (2019), Domina (2021), SAS Rogue Heroes (2022) and The Book of Clarence (2023).
