Biography
Tom Higgins is a British television writer and producer. His writing credits include episodes of Shameless (2009–2012), The Bill (2003–2009), Death in Paradise (2015–2018), Bad Girls (1999), EastEnders (2012–2013) and Casualty (2013–2016).
He also worked as co-producer and executive producer on Shameless (2010–2011).
