Biography
Tom York is an English actor. He was born on 13 August 1992 in Hampshire and trained at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA).
He is known for his role as Samuel "Sam" Carne in the BBC series Poldark (2017–2019) and as Hero in the fantasy series Olympus (2015). Other television credits include appearances in Tyrant (2014), Endeavour (2016), Midsomer Murders (2016), Death in Paradise (2016), Agatha Raisin (2016), Van der Valk (2020) and American Gods (2021), as well as the film Stopmotion (2024).
