Biography
Tomoe Makino (牧野 友映) is a Japanese anime director, episode director and storyboard artist.
She has contributed to numerous television series, serving as director on Aharen-san wa Hakarenai (2022) and its second season (2025), A Condition Called Love (2024), Kotaro Lives Alone (2022) and Please Put Them On, Takamine-san (2025). Earlier credits include episode direction on Haikyu!! (2020) and Woodpecker Detective's Office (2020), as well as work on 7SEEDS (2019) and Recovery of an MMO Junkie (2017).
