Biography
Tomomi Ikeda (池田 智美) is a Japanese animator and episode director. She has worked in key animation on numerous anime series since 2004 and has directed episodes of several productions.
Ikeda was originally affiliated with Studio Wanpack. She contributed key animation to series including Naruto (2002), Bleach (2004), Naruto Shippūden (2007), My Hero Academia (2016), Dragon Ball Super (2015) and Black Clover (2017). As director or episode director she has worked on Attack on Titan (2013), Dr. STONE (2019) and Fruits Basket (2019). She has also served as unit director on Sailor Moon Eternal (2021) and Sailor Moon Cosmos (2023).
