Biography
Traylor Elizabeth Howard is an American actress. She was born on 14 June 1966 in Orlando, Florida, and graduated from Florida State University with a degree in communications, advertising and English.
Howard's early television work included the sitcom Boston Common (1996–1997) as Joy Byrnes. She later starred as Sharon Carter in Two Guys and a Girl (1998–2001) and as Natalie Teeger in Monk (2002–2009), also appearing in the 2023 film Mr. Monk's Last Case: A Monk Movie. Film credits include Dirty Work (1998), Me, Myself & Irene (2000) and Son of the Mask (2005) as Tonya Avery.
She is married to Jarel Portman; her father-in-law is architect John C. Portman Jr.
