Biography
Trine Michelsen, also credited as Katrine Michelsen, was a Danish actress and model. Born on 21 January 1966 in Gentofte, she began her career with a small role in a Danish film academy project and a television play, before working as a nude model. She was Miss Denmark in 1984.
Michelsen appeared in several Italian erotic and horror films in the mid-1980s, including The Corruption (1986) as Angela and Delirium: Photo of Gioia (1987) as Kim. She had a small role in the 1988 American film The Girl in a Swing and returned to Danish cinema with a part in Eva (1994). She is known for playing Nana in Lars von Trier's The Idiots (1998). Michelsen died on 17 January 2009 in Emdrup, Denmark.
