Biography
Tyler Straessle is an American television writer. He graduated from Ball State University with a degree in telecommunications and began working in the industry in production and assistant roles from 2011.
He served as script coordinator on the NBC series The Good Place (2016–2019) and wrote one episode. Since 2019 he has written several original films for the Hallmark Channel, including Forever in My Heart (2019), Sweet Autumn (2020), To Her, with Love (2022), Welcome to Mama's (2022) and The Gift of Peace (2022). He is also a lecturer at Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts.
