Biography
Tyra Banks, also credited as Tyra Lynne Banks or BanX, is an American actress, model, television personality and producer. She began her career as a model in the late 1980s and transitioned into acting in the 1990s.
Her film credits include Coyote Ugly (2000) as Zoe, Love & Basketball (2000) as Kyra Kessler, Halloween: Resurrection (2002) as Nora, and Tropic Thunder (2008). On television she has appeared in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (1990) as Jackie Ames, Gossip Girl (2007) as Ursula Nyquist, and Glee (2009) as Bichette.
Banks is also known for creating and hosting the reality series America's Next Top Model (2003–2018) and for other producing and hosting work.
