Biography
Ulf Friberg is a Swedish actor, director and screenwriter. Born on 4 October 1962 in Nässjö, he trained at the Malmö Theatre Academy from 1986 to 1989. He has worked in theatre with engagements at Stockholm City Theatre, the Orion Theatre and Folkteatern, and has appeared at the Royal Dramatic Theatre in productions including Alla mina söner and Kung Lear.
His screen credits include the role of Tranströmer in Evil (2003), Wennerström in The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011), Ek in the Maria Wern series (2008–2018) and Lukas Sandrini in Gåsmamman (2015–). He has also directed and written short films, including Bilskroten (2005).
