Biography
Um Mun-suk, also credited as Eum Moon-suk or 음문석, is a South Korean actor and singer. Born on 7 December 1982 in Asan, South Chungcheong, he began his career in 2005 as a singer under the stage name SIC and was a member of the group Monsterz. He later appeared as a dancer on the 2013 programme Dancing 9 before moving into acting.
He is known for supporting roles including Jang Ryong in the television series The Fiery Priest (2019), Han Dal-sik in Backstreet Rookie (2020), Cheon Gwang-jin in Taxi Driver (2021), and Captain Kang Eun-pyo in the film 6/45 (2022). Other credits include Jang Gi-chul in The Roundup (2022) and Do Gang-jae in The Manipulated (2025).
In 2026 he appeared as Yang-bae in the film Hope.
