Biography
Utkarsh Ambudkar is an American actor, rapper and singer. Born on 8 December 1983 in Baltimore, Maryland, he grew up in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University in 2004.
He is known for his film role as Donald in Pitch Perfect (2012) and for playing Jay Arondekar in the series Ghosts (2021–), on which he has also directed an episode. Other screen credits include Free Guy (2021), tick, tick... BOOM! (2021) and voice work in The Simpsons. He made his Broadway debut in Freestyle Love Supreme in 2019.
