Biography
Uwe Lauer is a German actor. He is known for supporting roles in Hungarian films, including Oberscharführer Voss in Son of Saul (2015), the Coach in Land of Storms (2014) and The Colonel in Sunset (2018). He has also appeared in television, with credits including Painkiller Jane (2007) and Mrs. Ratcliffe's Revolution (2007).
Lauer, born in Frankfurt, lived in Budapest from 1998 to 2008, where he worked in theatre, before returning to Germany. He has contributed German dialogue and subtitles to some productions in which he appeared.
