Biography
Valentin Vignet is a French cinematographer and producer. He graduated from the American Film Institute in Los Angeles in 2011 after studying in France and China. He has managed the Paris-based production company Feet Films since 2011, where he produces commercials, films and music videos, and works as a cinematographer and lighting director on numerous projects.
Vignet served as one of the directors of photography on Agnès Varda and JR's documentary Faces Places (2017), which received an Academy Award nomination for Best Documentary Feature. He was also director of photography on the short film Nefta Football Club (2018), which was nominated for an Oscar. His other cinematography credits include For Love (2022) and work on the official documentary of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Games, for which he also produced segments in Europe and the United States.
