Biography
Valerie Bell is a British actress. She appeared as Roxanne in the 1962 episode 'The Bird' of the BBC sitcom Steptoe and Son. Her other television credits include guest roles in The Avengers (1964), The Saint (1967), Public Eye (1965–1973), Z Cars (1971–1973), EastEnders (1989) and The Bill (1991).
