Biography
Valerie Mayhew is an American television writer and producer. A graduate of the Juilliard School’s Drama Division, she began her career in Los Angeles after training in New York.
Her writing credits include an episode of The X-Files (1996), two episodes of Charmed (1999–2000), episodes of Vengeance Unlimited (1998–1999), The Visitor (1997) and The Fugitive (2000–2001). She also worked as a producer on Charmed and The Fugitive, and as a story editor on The Visitor. She has been married to screenwriter Matt Greenberg since 2002 and they have one child.
Mayhew has taught screenwriting at the USC School of Cinematic Arts, Woodbury University and Mount St. Mary’s University. She is the co-author, with Susan Donovan, of the Cat Lady Chronicles novels.
