Valeriya Belova is a Russian film editor. She was born on 14 December 1938 in Moscow.

Belova has worked as an editor on numerous Soviet and Russian films from the mid-1960s to 2006. Her credits include The Irony of Fate, or Enjoy Your Bath! (1975), The Ascent (1977), Office Romance (1977), The Garage (1979), Station for Two (1983), A Cruel Romance (1984) and Come and See (1985). She has frequently collaborated with directors Elem Klimov, Larisa Shepitko and Eldar Ryazanov.
