Vanessa Marcil is an American actress. She was born on 15 October 1968 in Indio, California.
She is known for playing Brenda Barrett on the daytime soap General Hospital (1992–1998 and 2002–2003), for which she won a Daytime Emmy Award in 2003. Other television roles include Gina Kincaid on Beverly Hills, 90210 (1998–2000) and Samantha Marquez on Las Vegas (2003–2008).
Her film work includes the role of Carla Pestalozzi in The Rock (1996). She has been married to actors Corey Feldman and Carmine Giovinazzo.
