Biography
Vera Blasi is a writer. She was born in São Paulo, Brazil, and later moved to New York. She has written screenplays for the films Woman on Top (2000), Tortilla Soup (2001) and Emperor (2012).
Blasi has also worked in television as writer and executive story editor on the series Pluribus (2025). She has received three award nominations, including Writers Guild of America nominations for drama series and new series for Pluribus.
