Biography
Verity George is a New Zealand actor. She played Bluebeard's Wife in Jane Campion's The Piano (1993) and appeared as Lookie-Loo in Steven Spielberg's Hook (1990).
She has taken multiple roles in the long-running soap Shortland Street (1994–2021) and appeared in the short films Fritters (2015) and K Rd Stories (2015). George trained with a diploma in drama from the University of Auckland and a Bachelor of Performing Arts from the University of Western Sydney.
