Biography
Vernel Bagneris is an American actor, playwright, director and entertainer. He was born on 31 July 1949 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Bagneris appeared as Preston in the 1986 film Down by Law. His other screen credits include the role of The Accordion Man in Pennies from Heaven (1981), Dancin' Al in Ray (2004) and Dancin' Joe in an episode of American Horror Story (2014). He has also worked in television series such as Treme.
