Biography

Verónica Langer is an Argentine-born Mexican actress. She was born on 11 June 1953 in Buenos Aires and has worked in film, theatre and television since 1981.

She is known for her role as María Eugenia Calles de Huerta in Y Tu Mamá También (2001), Amparito in The Crime of Padre Amaro (2002) and Carmelita in the series The House of Flowers (2018–2020). Other credits include Charm School (2007), Daniel & Ana (2009) and Soy tu fan (2010).

Langer has won two Ariel Awards: Best Actress in a Minor Role for Miroslava (1992) and Best Actress for La Caridad (2017).
