Biography
Veruschka von Lehndorff, professionally known as Veruschka, is a German model, actress and artist. Born Vera Anna Gottliebe Gräfin von Lehndorff on 14 May 1939 in Königsberg, East Prussia, she began her career as a model after studying textile design in Florence.
She appeared as herself in Michelangelo Antonioni's Blow-Up (1966). Her other film roles include Gräfin von Wallenstein in Casino Royale (2006) and the Countess in The Bride (1985). She has also worked as an artist, including body painting and photography collaborations.
