Victoria Boothby was an American actress. She was born on 1 February 1930 in Chicago, Illinois, and died on 6 September 2009 in Rockport, Maine.

Her film credits include The Goodbye Girl (1977) as Mrs. Bodine, Green Card (1990) as Mrs. Adler and The Nanny Diaries (2007) as the Matriarch. She also appeared in the television series Murder, She Wrote (1989) as Mrs. Forest and in several daytime soap operas, including All My Children, Guiding Light, Another World and One Life to Live.

On stage she performed in Broadway productions such as Da (1979), Stepping Out (1987), Stanley (1997) and Waiting in the Wings (1999).
