Biography
Victoria Horne was an American character actress. She was born on 1 November 1911 in New York City and died on 10 October 2003 in Beverly Hills, California.
She trained at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and appeared in films from the mid-1940s to the late 1950s, often in uncredited roles. Her credits include Eva Muir in The Ghost and Mrs. Muir (1947) and Myrtle Mae Simmons in Harvey (1950).
In 1950 she married actor Jack Oakie; the marriage lasted until his death in 1978.
