Biography
Victoria Lynn Rowell is an American actress and former ballet dancer. Born on 10 May 1959 in Portland, Maine, she began her career as a professional dancer in 1979 before making her acting debut in the 1987 film Leonard Part 6.
Rowell is best known for her long-running role as Drucilla Winters on the CBS daytime soap The Young and the Restless (1990–2007) and as Dr Amanda Bentley on the CBS series Diagnosis: Murder (1993–2001), appearing on both shows simultaneously from 1993 to 2000. Her film credits include The Distinguished Gentleman (1992), Dumb and Dumber (1994), Barb Wire (1996) and Eve's Bayou (1997). She has received multiple NAACP Image Awards and Daytime Emmy nominations.
