Biography
Viktor Petrov (1947–2014) was a Russian production designer and art director. Born in Moscow, he worked extensively in Soviet and Russian cinema from the 1970s onwards.
He is known for his production design on films including Hello, I'm Your Aunt! (1975), Mary Poppins, Goodbye (1983), Come and See (1985), The Thief (1997), 12 (2007), The Spy (2012) and Legend No. 17 (2013). Petrov received the prize for best visual solution at all-Union film festivals for Father Sergius (1979) and Come and See (1986).
